SOLID GROUND WELLNESS GROUP
Practical, Evidence-Based (Virtual) Therapy for First Responders, Trauma-Exposed Professionals, & Those Who Stand Beside Them
At Solid Ground Wellness Group, clinicians provide structured, evidence-based virtual psychotherapy for adults, with a focus on first responders and public safety personnel. Treatment addresses trauma, sleep, stress, and overall functioning.
Clinicians also offer virtual psychological assessment to support understanding of symptoms, guide treatment planning, and provide clear recommendations for return-to-work, functional capacity, or WSIB-related needs.
Our approach is straightforward and goal-oriented. Therapy isn’t just for when things feel “broken”, it’s a tool to improve performance, strengthen resilience, and support long-term career sustainability. Services include individual therapy, trauma-focused treatment, psychological assessment, WSIB-supported care, group programs, and community/workplace education and training.
Solid Ground Wellness Group is a collaborative network of independently practicing mental health clinicians providing trauma-informed psychological assessment and psychotherapy services for adults 16+. Our affiliated clinicians specialize in evidence-based assessment and treatment for trauma, post-traumatic stress, and work-related psychological injuries, with a particular focus on first responders and public safety personnel.
