Dr. Simone Billing. C. Psych
Siobhan McPartland, MSW RSW
Siobhan is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She obtained a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from University of Toronto and completed a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at Ryerson University, prior to that.
Siobhan has over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families in high-acuity medical and trauma settings. She specializes in providing evidence-based psychotherapy to first responders and trauma-exposed professionals experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and occupational stress injuries. She is highly trained in trauma processing therapies, particularly Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Siobhan’s clinical foundation was built in hospital-based trauma, critical care, emergency, and palliative settings, where she provided crisis intervention, grief and bereavement counselling, and complex psychosocial assessments. This experience informs a structured, practical, and goal-oriented approach to therapy. Her work focuses on functional recovery and resilience-building in a safe and supportive environment. Siobhan understand the culture of frontline professions and offers therapy that is direct, collaborative, and grounded in respect.
At Solid Ground Wellness Group, Siobhan collaborates with a team of independent clinicians to provide specialized treatment. Together, they offer evidence-based, personalized, and compassionate care designed to support clients in achieving their wellness goals. Siobhan offers individual therapy, group therapy, and education/community workshops.
Dr. Billing is a clinical psychologist registered and practicing in Windsor, Ontario. She attended the University of Windsor for her undergraduate degree in Developmental Psychology, with minors in Anthropology and Women’s Studies. Dr. Billing completed her Master’s and Doctorate programs in Psychology at the Michigan School of Psychology. She has engaged in various internships and placements, providing her with experience in diagnosis and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders, psychoeducational assessments, and holistic treatment of mental health problems in multidisciplinary practices and agencies. Upon graduation, Dr. Billing began work in private practice where she has specialized in treatment of depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, chronic pain, motor vehicle accident recovery, workplace physical and psychological injury, and assessment and treatment for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
From 2023-2025, Dr. Billing worked for Woodstock Hospital in their First Responder Mental Health Specialty Program where she provided assessment and treatment recommendations for first responders suffering from occupational-stress induced PTSD. She has a unique and specialized perspective in this field, allowing her to create customized treatment plans that take advantage of various resources and supports so that individuals can receive effective treatment and meaningful results.

Julie Murray, MSW, RSW
Julie is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She obtained a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Dalhousie University and completed a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at the University of Waterloo, prior to that.
Julie has 12+ years of experience in the field and provides trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults, with a focus on first responders and public safety personnel. She blends CPT, CBT, CBT-I, ACT, and trauma reprocessing techniques to help clients recover from stress and trauma, improve sleep, and build long-term resilience.
Having attended mental health–related calls alongside police and with a personal connection to first responder culture through her husband (a Firefighter), Julie understands the pressures, realities, and identity challenges that come with this work. She views therapy not as something you pursue because you’re “broken,” but as a tool for career longevity, sustainable performance, and personal growth. Together, she helps clients process trauma, manage stress, reconnect with values, and maintain meaningful roles in work, home, and community life.
